housebreaking help!!!!!!?
Okay so I am getting my puppy chihuahua in 3 weeks when she is 10 weeks old. I live in a small townhouse with a fenced patio and then a larger fenced shared yard behind that. I work from 8:30 am to 4 pm every week day and want my dog to know that when I’m not home, she goes potty in her litter box, and when I am home, I take her outside. I am planning on feeding her just before I leave for work and then again when I get home.
Is there any way to housebreak her this way so she has two potty spots???

Once you get her, wait a few days to start training her. Whenever you feed her, wait about 15-30 minutes after she ate, or whenever you think she would need to go to the bathroom. Then place her on her litter box until she starts to go to the bathroom. If she does go, praise her with treats. Repeat this process for a few more days until she starts to go by herself.
