Knitting a dog sweater for beginners? help?
I’ve mastered the triangle like wash-clothes, and knitting a scarf. So its just normal knitting.
I would like to knit a dog sweater for a little Chihuahua that is only 9 oz. and we have had to cut holes in a sock because the XS sweater we bought was to big.
So i would like to make my own just not sure about how to do so.
if anybody could help i need it.
I no about the taking measurements, just the making of it is where im stumped.

A sweater, be it for a human or a dog, is not a beginning project. It will require some knitting in the round, increases, decreases, and picking up stitches. You’ll also need to be able to read a pattern.
