Preparing dogs for hurricane…?
I live in TX and we might have to evacuate b/c of the hurricane… I know I’m forgetting some supplies in case we need to evacuate…
Here is what I have so far….I have collars, leashes, meds, food, water, blankets, crates, the vet’s #…
what paperwork do I need? Just their vaccine records?
What am I forgetting?!?

plastic bags and airtight container for clean up, any medical records that cover medical problems he may have, phone numbers for vets in the area you will evacuate to, temporary id tags to put the number/address to where you will be or a permanent tag that has your cell number and the number of and out of town friend or family member who is outside the evacuation area, a favorite toy or 2 and perhaps a chew toy or bone and if you don’t know where you are staying a list of hotels in the area you are going to that will accept dogs (shelters don’t take dogs or make you leave them outside in their crates)
