Looking for an older dog trained?
Here are a haven for dogs that were trained, people receive, and are expensive, but do not want as they age or for any reason and give new coach. They are mostly German shepherds, very sweet, but trained to obey the mandate, but there is a long waiting list in this area for a dog. I live in Florida and wants to adopt a pet and for safety at night. I am a woman and management of a large number of elderly mobile home park, I walk in the park at night and would love to have one of these dogs by my side. Does anyone know of any area of Florida, who coached dogs for adoption?
I do not know if Florida has all the dog training programs in its prisons, but you can check. — My daughter lives in CO and adopted a dog that was trained in a program that uses the prison to help rehabilitate prisoners. The dog is well behaved and is a wonderful companion. Also can check your local humane society. We have adopted an adult Lab mix our local shelter. He was already house trained and know basic commands and we were able to continue their education after they happened. It is also a wonderful companion and is part of the family.
